Top Producer Options

Top producers -- if you made over $100,000 in gross commissions last year, and are one of the first 15 agents into one of our offices; you qualify for our FAST TRACK 85/15 split. You will continue on this program as long as you achieve over $100,000 gross commissions each year.

OR

Choose the standard EXIT structure and get a 70/30 split on your first $100,000 in gross commissions and a 90/10 split thereafter.

And of course ... at EXIT there are NO DESK FEES!

Either way you will earn 10% on the gross commissions up to $10,000 per year of all the other agents you sponsor.
